Naked Bear

Naked Bear's smaller, but more abundant fruit produce higher seed yields than those of traditional hull-less pumpkins. Harvest for flavorful pepitas. The semi-hull-less seeds are excellent for roasting and snacking and can be pressed for oil. Uniform and avg. 2–4 lb., its light orange fruits with gold flecking also make attractive ornamentals. From our experience, Naked Bear will yield a crop even under strong disease pressure. Treated seed. Also available untreated.
